Retreat Room Rates

Please note there is a minimum two night stay. A 50% deposit is billed during the reservation process, with balance due upon arrival at check-in. Full advance payment online is also accepted and much appreciated.

Single room with shared bath

$95.00 daily rate
$50.00 daily rate *extended stay

Double room with shared bath

$85.00 daily rate
$45.00 daily rate *extended stay

Single room with private bath

$105.00 daily rate
$60.00 daily rate *extended stay

 

*Extended stay rates should be arranged in advance with the retreat manager and generally apply for longer retreats that go beyond two months. In these cases the first two months are at the regular daily rate, and the rate is then reduced for the remaining days beyond the first two months.

Meals. The daily rate includes three wholesome organic meals per day. 

Bed Linens. Bed linens are provided but towels are not included; you will need to bring your own towels.

Laundry Facilities. Our laundry room is available for those on retreat. If you come for retreat for less than one week, please consider taking personal laundry home and doing it there. There is a suggested donation of $3 per load.

Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel for any reason and you notify Vajra Vidya Retreat Center two weeks or more in advance of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be returned, less a $35.00 processing fee for our administrative costs.

  • If you notify Vajra Vidya Retreat Center within less than two weeks before your scheduled arrival date, you may use the deposit as a credit toward a future retreat or consider giving it as a donation to the retreat center, as there is no refund in this circumstance.
